Pet Cremations - Frequently Asked Questions

When the time comes to say goodbye, you can call us directly to make arrangements. We can collect your beloved pet from your own home, or if you'd prefer, directly from your local veterinary practice. We will then take care of everything and deliver your pets ashes  back to your home. We offer individual cremations only, so you can have peace of mind that the ashes are those of your pet.

We aim to get your pets ashes back to you as quickly as we can, and normally we deliver within 4 to 7 days from collection, although it can often be sooner. If you have any specific requirements with timeframes. please don't hesitate to let us know at the time of collection.

We find that many people like to scatter their pets ashes in their pets favourite place so we offer a complimentary scatter tube with all pet cremations. However, if you would like to keep the ashes at home or in your garden, we can offer a range of beautiful brass urns for an additional fee. Please contact us and we would be happy to accommodate your wishes.

We offer full details of our prices here. The cost to have your pet cremated will depend on the weight of your pet, and whether you require collection and delivery outside of the Angus / Dundee area. We include a complimentary scatter tube and all our prices are inclusive of VAT.

Please contact us by telephone or email should you wish to arrange for the cremation of your pet. We can then discuss options and arrange a convenient time to collect your pet from your home or veterinary practice. 

Once we have collected your beloved pet, we will issue you details for payment, usually by email. We know its a difficult time so we want the whole process to be as easy as possible. All that we ask is for payment to be made before the ashes are returned.
